Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu

Every project must budget activities that improve healthcare access for LGBT+ communities, including raising medical personnel awareness of groups exposed to discrimination. The regulation identifies this as a possible cross-financing use, subject to the separate cross-financing limit; it does not name a trainer role or hiring arrangement.

Type 1 supports equal access to specialist outpatient care and day care through infrastructure, modern medical apparatus and equipment. Eligible investment scope includes AOS, POZ and day-care development; other necessary hospital infrastructure is only a project element under the accepted health-sector plan.
