Eligible types include local wastewater treatment plants with networks for compact settlements; modernization/expansion of local plants; transfer networks and facilities tied to closing existing plants; and sanitary sewer construction or modernization where settlement/economic activity is sufficiently concentrated and lawful treatment is demonstrated.

Further eligible types are building connections to existing or in-construction sanitary sewers; receiving/retention installations for hauled wastewater and domestic-plant sludge; vehicles for transporting liquid waste/sludge; and digital reporting/recording/inspection systems. Vehicle and digital-system types (f and g) are eligible only when implemented together with at least one type a–e.

Projects serve municipal wastewater generated outside agglomerations included in the National Municipal Wastewater Treatment Programme (KPOŚK), with the programme’s specified exceptions for certain receiving/retention installations and tanker discharge stations.
