Use the figures from your last approved annual accounts. A new company uses a fair estimate for this year.

One person full time for the whole year counts as 1. Part-time and seasonal work counts as a fraction. Do not count apprentices, students in vocational training, or people on maternity or parental leave.

Does another company own 25% or more of yours, or does yours own 25% or more of another company?

Count capital or voting rights.

Do public bodies, alone or together, control 25% or more of your capital or votes?

For example the State Treasury, a region, a municipality or a public agency.
