Opis
The primary goal of the first SYSTEMEU Open Call (OC1) is to select and fund five to eight high-quality, cross-border collaborative innovation projects that focus on the digital transformation of the Healthcare, Energy, and Mobility sectors. The projects must operate at the application stage within the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) range of 6-8.

- FSTP is paid as a milestone-linked lump sum in three tranches: 25% pre-financing, 50% interim and 25% final; required reports and acceptance criteria govern later payments.

- Regional FSTP budget envelopes are absolute ceilings: Castilla y León EUR 2,000,000; Romania EUR 1,650,000; Tuzla Canton EUR 1,650,000; Norte EUR 1,300,000; Bavaria EUR 950,000. A project cannot be funded as proposed if its regional request exceeds the remaining regional envelope, unless a budget adaptation is agreed. This is separate from typology-level project maxima.
