Applicants established in Poland: local government units applying on behalf of municipal cultural institutions for which they are the organiser; municipal cultural institutions; and cultural-sector NGOs. Applicants established in cities with more than 500,000 inhabitants are ineligible. For NGOs, cultural activity must be listed in the statute and the NGO must have operated at least 12 months before application.

Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu

Each project must implement activity 9, promotion of the EEA Grants IV funding source, and at least two activities from 10–15: applicant/operator staff capacity-building; education for local communities/visitors on heritage, identity, culture/health and digital skills; project-result and supported-institution/heritage promotion; traditions/customs/rituals/traditional crafts; films/audio promoting intangible heritage and shared during durability; or cooperation with partners.

These activity labels and the numbering follow the Polish call notice; activity 9 is mandatory and at least two of 10–15 are also required. The 25% soft-activity cost share is a separate numeric minimum, represented in outcome1-soft-activities-min.

Eligible expenditure starts on the Minister’s grant decision date and ends no later than 30 April 2031; each project’s period is specified in its project contract.
