Pay/hourly rate for people directly providing social services in the project must not fall below the statutory minimum wage/minimum hourly rate; unpaid service providers are excluded from this rule.

Eligible personnel remuneration includes gross pay and employer costs, including project-related supplements and awards, when consistent with the employer’s internal rules. The application must state engagement form and estimated workload (FTE/hours), and justify pay against the beneficiary’s customary pay for the position, labour law or public statistics.
