Direct participants may include students, pedagogical staff and non-special primary and secondary schools (general upper-secondary, technical and first-stage sectoral schools); special schools are excluded.

Improve education quality and cybersecurity skills through comprehensive support for students and pedagogical staff. Supported forms include pedagogical-staff training, methodological teaching materials, student sessions/trainings/workshops, and necessary teaching aids; school support is outside the core curriculum and the same school may be supported once in this call.

Applications accepted through SOWA EFS from 21 October 2026 at 00:00 to 10 November 2026 at 23:59. The call allows no more than two applications per applicant.

The maximum total project value is also limited to the target value of the project indicator “people supported in civil preparedness, defence industry or cybersecurity” multiplied by PLN 7,500. This is a total-project ceiling formula tied to the target participant count, not a separate salary rate or reimbursement per person.
