Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu

ZIT applicants are territorial local governments or other applicants named in the applicable territorial agreement for one of the eight enumerated ZIT areas. Project scope is upper-secondary vocational-education quality/accessibility, including comprehensive learner skill/qualification programmes, vocational advice, teacher/instructor/career-adviser development, pedagogical innovation, student mobility/stipends, school equipment/digitalization, psychosocial and inclusive-education support, and employer/academic participation. The detailed permitted examples remain subject to the regulation and applicable territorial agreement.

Conditional obligation: where a project includes a technikum or branżowa szkoła I stopnia, the applicant must plan student apprenticeships for at least 70% of students in those schools. The apprenticeships must be settled using the specified student-hour unit contribution; this obligation does not apply to other school types under this clause.

Partners may not engage each other’s employees as project personnel or mutually commission project-personnel tasks, with footnote exceptions for personnel under indirect costs and simplified-method activities.

Applicant own contribution minimum, State-budget co-financing maximum, and maximum project value are defined by the relevant territorial agreement. The agreement also determines the project deadline and allocated amount; no universal project grant ceiling is stated here.

Shared 100,941,545.85 PLN call allocation (23,884,141.18 EUR), including 95,333,682.19 PLN EFS+ and 5,607,863.66 PLN national co-financing; not a per-project maximum.

Koszt kwalifikowalny

The integral Annex 7.9 catalogue lists a conditional trainer/workshop-leader service: 208 PLN per 45-minute unit as a permissible catalogue rate; it depends on project/group needs and should be lower for shorter support. The catalogue introduction permits a higher rate if justified and documented, so 208 PLN is a reference benchmark rather than an absolute ceiling or salary rate. Row 19 requires higher/vocational education or a certificate/attestation/other qualification enabling the support, and at least two years relevant experience. For an employment contract, pay refers to beneficiary usual practice, labor-law rules or public statistics.

Stawka jednostkowa

Mandatory unit rate where student apprenticeships apply; one clock hour of apprenticeship for one student. The unit includes the student stipend (80% of minimum hourly wage), applicable charges, materials/tools, safety training, required medical exams, supervisor remuneration, justified meals/lodging/travel and necessary materials/insurance. These are bundled in the unit; they are not separate staff salary rates. Rate effective 1 January 2026.
