Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu

Continuous grant-only projects led by an eligible LGD: comprehensive school-development programmes covering labor-market alignment, student key competencies, inclusive education, teacher/staff qualification development, psychosocial-pedagogical support, family engagement, anti-discrimination/prevention and ecological education; selected grants are for general-education primary and post-primary schools, excluding special schools.

If substantive project personnel are planned, the application instructions require describing their engagement form, estimated workload, and competencies/experience/education appropriate to the planned support. These are application-description requirements, not a call-prescribed role roster or minimum qualification rule.

The LGD grant project must plan at least two grants for the area covered by its approved Local Development Strategy (LSR).

Projects with total value not exceeding PLN 854,760.00 must be settled through simplified cost methods using lump sums; each task has one lump-sum budget item with an indicator, with documented and justified constituent costs. This is a total-project-cost threshold, not a grant ceiling.

Personnel engagement costs may be eligible when required by project character. Eligible remuneration includes gross pay and employer costs; employment or secondment tasks must be documented. EFS+ remuneration must be justified against customary beneficiary practice, labor law or public statistics. The call does not name job titles or provide a salary schedule.

VAT is eligible for this action under the stated 2021–2027 eligibility guidelines; for projects below EUR 5 million, the call states VAT eligibility is not assessed and gross amounts are used.
