Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu

Projects are implemented exclusively through LGD grants selected by open competition. Supported scope includes community social services: care/specialist care/assistance and respite support for informal caregivers; training or supported housing/adaptable housing; senior engagement and senior support facilities; equipment lending with home-use advice/training; and (only as a complementary project element) competency/qualification development for candidates and staff needed for high-quality local social services, particularly social-assistance personnel (pracownicy pomocy społecznej). This is distinct from social workers (pracownicy socjalni), who are excluded as training targets under §20.35. Specific eligible service details are governed by §20 of the regulation.

Social services must be delivered in the local community, and support must be tailored to recipients’ individual needs, potential and preferences.

Training/development of candidates and staff needed to provide high-quality local social services is permissible only as a complementary project element. The scope clause particularly mentions social-assistance personnel (pracownicy pomocy społecznej); the separate §20.35 exclusion is specifically for social workers (pracownicy socjalni), not all social-assistance personnel.

Participants in the specified staff/candidate qualification-development activity already supported for that type of activity under national FERS Priority 8 cannot also receive this RLKS Priority 8 support.

PLN 854,760 (EUR 200,000 at call-opening rate 4.2738) is the total-project-cost threshold/method-selection threshold, not a project cap or grant maximum. Underlying task costs and their rationale are entered in the project justification; failure to fully achieve the lump-sum indicator makes the entire lump sum ineligible.
