Applicant is an LGD with a framework agreement for implementing its local development strategy. The regulation’s general exclusion rules also apply; those cross-referenced legal restrictions were not exhaustively evaluated here.

The grant project must arise from the LGD strategy, plan at least two grants, target pupils of schools/educational institutions in the strategy area, and prevent a participant from receiving the same type of support under Priority 7 and this Action 8.1. The duplication clause is limited to the same support type.

Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu

LGD selects and contracts grant recipients for tasks under a grant project. The listed scope covers student competencies/aptitudes/interests/knowledge, support in difficult situations, educational and upbringing activities for students with learning difficulties, and climate-change/green-skills knowledge.

Projects are settled exclusively through task-level lump sums. At least one indicator is linked to each lump sum; full failure means that lump sum is ineligible. Budget amounts require price-research support and no indirect costs may be included. The PLN 857,960 / EUR 200,000 reference in §8.4.2 is a simplified-settlement method threshold, not a project or grant cap.
