An individual or team with a product-innovation idea may apply; following selection, a capital company/startup must be registered and operate in Eastern Poland (including Mazowieckie outside the Warsaw metropolitan area exclusions). The person/team application stage and post-selection company condition are distinct.

The exact PARP row lists this operator programme from 18 March 2024 through 10 May 2027. The operator rules describe nine incubation rounds but do not bind the current specific round window or a round-specific allocation in this packet.

Grant costs are based on market rates; normally at least three offers are compared, with documented single-supplier/rights exceptions. The operator may deem some or all requested expenses ineligible, ineffective or excessive, recommend less, and makes the final grant decision.
