Applicant must be a legal person that owns or has the right to control the project land; eligible classes named by the programme include local-government units and their associations/organizational units, housing cooperatives and communities, nature-protection NGOs, national/landscape parks and public-finance-sector entities.

Up to two funded tasks per applicant per calendar year. Tasks may span two consecutive calendar years; the grant agreement must be concluded in the application year, although payment may occur in the following year. VAT may qualify only when the beneficiary has no legal ability to deduct it. Applications are continuous from 1 January until the annual allocation is exhausted.

Application should include proof of land control, required permits/approvals, a location map with the planned plant species and proof those species are native, and, where applicable, a nature inventory and planting design. Submission is in person, by post, ePUAP or e-Doręczenia to the Fund’s Wrocław office using current forms.

Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu

The programme covers native-species flower meadows and their care; planting native trees, shrubs and other plants; restoring/arranging green areas using only native species; and optional related educational/information activities capped at 20% of eligible task costs. Non-native/invasive plants and annual plants are excluded.

Koszt kwalifikowalny

Eligible cost categories include perennial native planting material, site preparation, planting and sowing, first-year care, rainwater-based irrigation systems, biodiversity-supporting small architecture, educational materials/signage and dendrological inventory/project documentation. Categories a–g are eligible only after application; documentation/inventory under category h may be incurred up to six months before application but is the beneficiary’s own contribution.
