Call budget: PLN 8,000,000
Call-wide allocation; it is not an individual award amount.
Eligible cost: The apprenticeship unit rate includes the student’s cash benefit (stipendium) at 80% of the minimum hourly wage, employer/tutor remuneration during the placement, necessary consumables/tools, occupational safety training, required medical exams, meals/lodging where justified, travel, logs/materials and accident insurance. The student stipend is part of the unit-cost bundle, not a grant salary rate for an employee.
Eligible cost limit: 15%
Combined cross-financing expenditure may not exceed 15% of project expenditure; indirect costs attributable to cross-financing are included in the cap.
Funding intensity, maximum: 90%
Applies to eligible expenditure for projects not subject to public aid; the regulation states up to 85% EU plus up to 5% State budget.
Unit contribution: PLN 34
One clock-hour of a type 1 student apprenticeship for one student (student-hour), subject to the stated exception and the call’s indexation rule; this is a project cost contribution, not a staff hourly wage.
