No extra charge
You pay only when we win
- You pay the fee from your company’s own funds, against our invoice. It is not a line in the project budget, so it does not change the application or its score.
- Advisers often charge a fee up front and sell project settlement separately. With us you pay nothing before a win, and running and settling the project are included.
- In the last two decided Ścieżka SMART calls for SMEs, 219 of 1,412 applications won. So we only write the ones that can win after our check.

Grant Radar is an independent company in Wrocław. We choose the lab for each project.
The short answers
- Who owns the results?
- Your company. The lab works as a subcontractor, and its contract assigns the rights in the results to you.
- What if we lose?
- You pay nothing. We never invoice the check or the bid.
- Won’t the university slow us down?
- The lab confirms the scope, the timeline and the price in writing before you submit. During the project we hold it to its deadlines.
- Do we need our own contribution?
- Yes, and it must be money, not work or assets. The grant covers part of the costs and the company funds the rest. You can get part of the grant as an advance. The check shows how much that is for your project.
The Ścieżka SMART round runs until 29 December 2026 at the latest.
PARP may close the round early once the funding requested passes twice the pool. A bid with a lab takes a few weeks of work. Start with the free check.
